What are terms and conditions of service and why are they important?: In this example learners need to understand when accessing and using digital content they are agreeing to terms and conditions of the provider that are legally binding and impact on their rights and privacy. Learners need to able to find the terms and conditions of service for app and websites and understand how their personal data has value.
